This notice explains how IDBIO handles personal data on the idbio.ai website, and how our biometric products are deployed for the organisations that use them.
When you contact us we collect your name, work email, interest and message, and use them only to respond to you. Contact form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
IDBIO’s biometric engines, ABIS and SDKs are deployed by our customers (governments, enterprises and integrators) who decide what personal data is processed and for what purpose. Deployments can run on-premise or in the customer’s own cloud, so biometric data stays under the customer’s control.
Where we process personal data on a customer’s behalf, we do so under a written agreement and only on their instructions.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to enquiries, and we keep enquiry data only as long as needed for that purpose.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. To make a request, write to [email protected].
